Process
Our work flow is based on the RIBA Plan of Work which is the definitive model for the building design and construction industry. We have adapted it to specifically fit within a Lighting Design scope of works but continue to reference and be influenced by it as an approved model of working with all stages.
It features ongoing feedback, communication and coordination with other consultants and the project management team to develop ideas and iterate the design.
Our process varies with each type of project and the individual requirements. It is a multi-disciplinary approach from the personnel within our offices that balance a mixed-media range of sketching, rendering, research, models, prototypes, site tests and mock-ups with real world budgets and constraints to suit each and every project we undertake whilst maintaining a creative and user-centric approach.
